JUst what i need for my terrible posture. i like the 2nd exercise but I may have problem getting my body up to a straight line unless I have a full length mirror next to me

If you think your posture is fine, try walking barefoot on gravel.
For me, I can't help but straighten up, it's a good foot massage and it's always good to be grounded to the earth.
