The look on Cori's face in the thumbnail literally had me laughing. I may not personally know her. But in her videos she's the most encouraging, informative and motivating person. And she shows me exercises that I've never seen before. These are two of the reasons I subscribed to this channel. Thanks for the exercises and information. I'm going to add these to my workout. And it's good to see Kiwi and the new doggy playing together. They are so cute.🙂🐶

Ty for all you do I suffered ankle and hand injuries your breakdowns of move by move have been a revelation for me I was stagnant and unmotivated I wouldn't have been able to discover this knowledge of why these movements need to be done for better well being where I'm from it just doesn't happen love your videos hope to me you one day to say thank you and one have that dream gym just like yours god bless you if your agnostic or atheist I respect that too!!

Thank you for all you do with these terrific moves, I really needed it! Oh and loving the two pups, the apartment I am temporarily renting does not allow dogs. I miss having a dog, and love how you include the dog(s) after each workout, they bring up my day!!!

Today was my workout day. I did downward dogs. I always do glute bridges. I added 10lb kettle bells to my glute bridges and my peak a boos. Great upload. Thanks
