Make sure you hydrate before this arms and shoulder workout because by the end, picking up your water bottle is going to be a challenge!!!
This strong arms and sculpted shoulders workout is going to target your deltoids, biceps, and triceps to increase muscular strength and give you solid arms and shoulders! All you need for this upper body workout are your dumbbells and a mat!
This workout is structured with 3 rounds. Each round we will target a specific muscle group with 5 exercises we repeat twice through. Working times are 40 seconds with 15 seconds of rest. At the end of each round, we have the COUNTDOWN CHALLENGE! This challenge is going to take this workout to the next level, making this a SUPER effective strength workout!
Reminders for this workout! Listen to your body and go at your own pace, take extra recovery when needed, and most importantly have fun, go heavy enough, and make YOUR time count!
