The body control you have got is really inhuman. The way you did sissy squats and dragon squats. I haven't seen anyone doing it in this way in my life.

I just turned 16 and I just started doing sissy squats as a burnout during my leg days. I saw other videos saying to progressively add them into your routine and to work up to them, but im already going low and leaning back exactly as you do. Is that good? 😂
