One must imagine Sisyphus training his Massive Juicy Quads

A less summarized version of sisyphus's story, he cooked his nephew to try and please the gods one time and they didnt like that, so they sent Thanatos (basically death/grim reaper) to get sisyphus, he tricked thanatos and locked death up with his own holy shackles, and shoved thanatos under the rug and escaped. A couple years later, thanatos gets free from his shackles, hunts down sisyphus, gets locked up shoved under the rug AGAIN. Sisyphus then dies of old age but then he is forced into the underworld and hades made him push a boulder up a hill but everytime it got to the top, it rolled back down. Metaphor for "trying to cheat/run from death is a fruitless task that you will never complete"

He's right: it only becomes a Jojo's pose if you scream at the same time.

This is the most compelling storytelling ever. The movements truly add to the complexity.

I shared your channel with this 6 yr old I know, who I've always encouraged to be healthy. He's already very athletic but this is awesome for him. I'm actually excited to see him share stuff he's learned. Whatever your motivation, thanks for sharing these skills. 👏

Putting back Culture into "Culture Physique" (ie body building in French). Everything about that video was awesome.

Fun fact: it's actually a modern misconception that he was pushing some big circular boulder. He was actually carrying the rock in his arms. Not pushing it along the ground

Suffering is what makes enjoyable, and Sisyphus makes a point, pushing the boulder is not meant to be fun but it puts meaning, if it held no meaning he would not be pushing the boulder.
