I'm glad I've been studying Functional Range Conditioning... greatest mobility methods ever.

This method works temporarily not permanently... what he nvr makes clear is that you have to keep doing these drills everyday.

I honestly think so much of this is from the nervous system because if it was purely mechanical, there wouldn't be so much improvement from doing simple drills. It's like the drills "wake up" the left hip and "remind" it of how it's supposed to move.
Of course I know it's mechanical as well but "nerve flow" obviously makes a difference as well

Im not sure by what you mean "hip stability." The reason why I have this issue is due to having one hip higher, and does this actually solve the issue?
