Join me for a 30 minute pilates workout containing knees exercises to help you maintain healthy knees as well as relieve any knee pain you may have. This pilates session is for anyone who is experiencing issues with their knees and wants an exercise programme to safely strengthen them as well as help with knee pain relief. These exercises will focus on correct knee alignment and knee tracking as well as building strength in all the muscles that support the knees- lower leg muscles, upper leg muscles, muscles directly around the knee, the hip, glute and the core muscles. It can be used as part of Active recovery programme for people who are very sporty such as runners and dancers who are starting to get a few issues with their knees. I have also created this programme for people with arthritis in their knees who want a knee safe programme that will build strength in their legs whilst keeping them free of exercises that cause pain. Taking this class regularly and consistently will improve strength, mobility and awareness of correct knee alignment. And I would recommned it to be taken at least twice a week.

Thank you for posting such a great knee pain reliever. I tried this knee pilates exercise and immediately found a big difference in movement of knee with considerably less pain and more movement. So happy with my flexibility and mobility. Again heaps of thanks!

Loved this workout. (I really love all your workouts!) I like that you added a few new stretches/exercises (heel clapping, V-leg stretch at the end). It's great to have you back. Happy new year.

I first found your workouts when I had a knee injury during lockdown during which time I found your Pilates for painful knees was invaluable and helped me so much to recover and get back my movement. I have since progressed and am much more flexible again and have enjoyed many of your sessions. This really was good reminder to me that I need to look after my knees !
