I’ve recently started to take a magnesium supplement before going to sleep each night and noticed that I’ve been waking up actually feeling well rested and no longer have the desire to stay in bed after waking up. Eventually I want to get to a point where I only get it through food instead of a supplement, but this is such a nice start.

Thanks Doc, I'm having some really good results with my Magnesium as well. My sleep has vastly improved.If taken at night I will sleep thru the night(61) menopausal. And also started it also because of strengthening my bones. I'm all about keeping my bones healthy. Along with my collagen I think I'm on the road to living my best life. Thanks Doc!

An epsom salt foot bath for 15 minutes helps my swelling from fluid retention. Never thought of using a magnesium vitamin

I woke up one morning and found a huge purple blotch on my left thigh one morning. It looked like a blood clot. I was so scared but didn't know what to do. A couple of days later I was cleaning my room and noticed that my half-empty bottle of magnesium chelate supplements were going to expire in 2 weeks. If I took 2 tablets a day I would finish it just in time. So I started taking it. And every day I noticed the purple blotch fading lighter and lighter. By the end of the 5th day it was completely gone. Since then Mg has been the most important part of my daily routine.
