Inner Child Vs Inner Adult

New video talking about the differences between the inner child and inner adult. How we all have an inner child best shown typically in children, yet as adults we lose these high vibrational qualities, yet we can also regain and regrow them back again as adults, whilst STILL holding the best qualities of maturity and adulthood also.

I lost my inner child a lot but I spent 20 years recovering it!!! My partner also thought I was just "lucky" being light hearted, fun and free as much as I am now.. "Innocent", Present and unselfconscious.

I practiced self awareness A LOT to get this way and lots of "work" to gradually become who I choose to be today, and I am like you, constantly becoming a new more higher vibrational version of myself.
