I'm so happy that I've found your videos Michelle, now I can finally work my upper body in a proper form and can give more shape to my muscles. I have always wondered why some ppl were rocking their bodies when doing strength training. I thought that my form was not correct since I do not rock mine. I'm glad to see it now that I was not wrong :) thnx for these fantastic videos!!

i think its better than hammers. This excersise works the length of your bicep even more than hammers.
Try this, flex your right bicep with your palm facing your shoulder, after that flex with your palm facing the left, then flex with your palm facing infront of you. You will see that your bicep is longest when your palm faces infront of you, meaning its going to work more on length than a hammer.

I am hearing a clicking/popping sound from the left elbow while lowering the bars back down. No pain or any discomfort, but still getting concerned. Any others faced this as well ?

i did this today and something clicked at the bottom of my neck, now my neck kills and i can hardly move my head
