I tried making this for my own birthday during the lockdown to celebrate with my family. I reduced the sugar by 10%, and used plain yogurt as I ran out of sour cream. The taste is perfect.

I made this cheesecake for Easter for my family and I have to tell you it was the most delicious cheesecake we have ever eaten. It was the first time I made a cheesecake without a water bath and the first time freezing the crust instead of baking. I was so nervous the top would crack, but there were no cracks and the cheesecake crust stayed on the sides when it was cut. It was without a doubt the best cheesecake I've ever baked and I am a small home business baker. Love this cake it will be my go to from now on. Thank you so much!!

I made this yesterday and had it in the fridge overnight. It came out creamy and delicious. I didn’t have the cookies it called for so I used Oreos. The crust was good but would’ve preferred a traditional graham cracker instead. I used an 8 round. I followed all the steps exactly but still got a big crack in the middle but that didn’t bother me. For those who do like Oreo, I crushed all the Oreos (about 36) in a ziplock and then added the melted butter(1/2cup melted same as recipe).😋thank you for sharing!

I tried this recipe and it turned out perfect! I didn’t have 7 inch tin and used 8 inch instead. Added 100g of crumbs and 32g butter for the crust. Cheese filling remained the same. Baked using fan force oven at 120 degree for 1 hour 40 mins.

I love trying recipes for cheesecakes and they usually come out pretty good. Trying this one I saw the difference even in the crust…it was actually firm but still kinda melt in your mouth😍. The cake was perfect! Thank you😘

I am Arabic, I tried it yesterday and we eat it today, it was amazing.The shape was so so special thank you very much.I prefer if you put ersatz for somethings like sour cream, because it was difficult for me to find it so I used Lebneh.

Made it yesterday for wife’s birthday, tunred out to be one of the best cheesecake ever had. Family loved it... thanks for sharing

I didn’t have Springfrost pan so made it in a regular pan with perchment paper . Instead of fresh fruit I used canned Blueberry desert topping that also worked great !

Oh my god oh my god oh my god, i tried the exact recipe last night and it turned out amazing. Friends and family couldnt believe how amazing it tasted and this could definitely beat any so called cafe’s cheesecakes.

I tried this out and it turned out sooo good! I didnt have sour cream so I ised thick yogurt instead and it worked out so well! A must try!
