Today let me show you an easy churro cheesecake recipe. It's so easy to make and delicious 😋 The perfect dessert for any gathering 🥰

CHURRO CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS:
For the cheesecake filling:
► 16 oz of cream cheese
► 1 egg
► 1/3 cup of sour cream
► 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
► 1 can of sweetened condensed milk ( I used La Lechera)
For the cinnamon sugar mix:
► 1/2 cup of sugar
► 1 tbsp of cinnamon
For the churro cheesecake:
► Cooking spray
► 2 of 8 oz crescent dough sheets
► Some fresh strawberries (optional)
► Drizzle some sweetened condensed milk (optional)

I'd brush melted butter on the bottom, then put the cinnamon/sugar mix, then the dough, the filling and then repeat. It'd taste much better than cooking spray.

🎉 If anyone has a sensitive stomach, quit using cooking spray. I've been trying that out this summer, and it's been great not having to run to the bathroom after having eggs for breakfast! Btw, I use olive oil. So healthy!

I made this last weekend but used melted butter instead of cooking spray. Geeez this was so easy yet delicious! It became one of my mom’s new favorite desserts, thank you.🩷

16oz room temp cream cheese
1 egg room temp
1 tblsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can media table cream
*mix*
Butter the pan
Sugar the pan
Lay dough
Spread cream mixture
Lay dough
Butter dough
Sprinkle sugar

Bakes at 350 degree for 30 mins
Probably til dough becomes golden
