White chocolate Oreo cheesecake ASMR

*Ingredients*
For the base:
290g Oreos
90g unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake layer:
250g white chocolate
350ml double cream
500g cream cheese
120g icing sugar

For the topping:
250g white chocolate
150ml double cream
8 Oreos, halved

1) Add the Oreos to a blender and crush them up firmly.

2) Pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl and mix in the melted butter.

3) Pour into an 8x8in cake tin and press down firmly.

4) For the cheesecake layer, microwave the white chocolate in a bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.

5) Set the white chocolate aside to cool.

6) In another bowl, whisk the double cream to stiff peaks and then set it aside.

7) In another bowl whisk together the cream cheese and icing sugar.

8) Pour the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mix and whisk until combined.

9) Add in the whipped cream and fold it in.

10) Spoon the mix onto your Oreo base and smooth it out.

11) Refrigerate overnight.

12) For the topping, microwave the white chocolate and double cream together, stirring every 30 seconds until almost melted.

13) Allow it to cool for 15 mins.

14) Pour the chocolate mix over the cheesecake and smooth it out.

15) Place the halved Oreos around the edge of your cheesecake.

16) Refrigerate for 1 hour.

17) Enjoy!
