This video needs more views. Great job.
Love all the foods you mentioned. I even manage to get my 5 year old to eat a soup made mostly from from broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

Other than berries, what fruit do you recommend please? (Excluding typical keto fruit such as avocado and lemons/limes). What do you think about apples or other fruits?

So I watched this and then ate a tuna steak, avocado and fresh raspberries that were all in my fridge!! I feel better already. (My hip has been bugging me so this was a no brainer...and there is still broccoli in the fridge if I am still hungry!!)

Well the good thing is I eat broccoli, bell peppers, avocado and berries already. :) But I don't do salmon or fish. I'm a vegetarian, but I'm wondering if an omega 3 or 6 supplement would help? I still suffer from lots of inflammation in my calves and it hurts! I think I need to increase the ones I'm already eat because even though I like them I don't eat them probably enough.

i wish i liked avaracados. i know they are good for me but i cant do it. to make it worse my wife loves them
