Hashimoto's hypothyroidism and I'm getting fatty liver, cyst in kidney, polyps in gall bladder and plaque in the aorta due to this autoimmune disease. I eat balanced and exercise. I'm starting to make changes and I will follow your suggestions, I'm taking my health in my own hands now. As doctors don't seem to have a plan for me, other than synthroid.
