Did Coraline EVER Escape?

If you read the book, you know she escaped. Also, the cat could go between the real world and the other world.

The cat says how he comes around in the other world. Although he can’t go through the door. In which case implies that there is multiple ways to get into the other world that the beldam doesn’t know about or does and can’t fit through. Also people believe that the other mother got the key because as wybie said about the well “it’s said if you fall down you will see a sky full of stars in the middle of the day” which is exactly like the other world. But also the parents didn’t really care at the beginning because they were focused mostly on creating the catalogue and the reason why they care at the end is because they got good news because the catalogue was good so they are happy so they care more

All the points that you made are pretty easy to explain if you stop to think for a second. Other comments have the answers.
The real questions for me, having just watched Coraline for the first time very recently, are:
1) Why would Wybie's gran rent an apartment to a family with a child in the first place? Since we know she knows about the danger, and Wybie even mentions she usually doesnt let in such families. Also, why did she have the doll? Wybie says he found it in a trunk( I think) that belongs to his grandmother. Safekeeping? Why not keep the key as well? It kinda makes me feel she let it all happen intentionally, yet she doesnt have a motive...weird.
2) The doll itself, it was never found. When Coraline rifles through her room she doesnt find it, and later on the "mini me " doll becomes irrelevant to the story. Does this mean the doll is still somewhere in the house, hiding? And that Beldam spies on everyone but can no longer do anything about them? OR, second option, the doll dissappears inconveniantly during the search but then reapperas as a joint mother/father puppet later? And its the same doll when Coraline burns it?
So, the creepy doll is either hiding or destroyed. We don't know for sure.
3)All of Beldams fake people more or less try to help Coraline, most of all Wybie and her Other Father. But then, not the crazy ladies. The reason behind this is never addresed or explained🤔
4) The most confusing one for me - why didn't Coraline leave the other world when she went to bed that last time? After Beldam asked her to sew buttons in her eyes. Previously it was a routine, yet that time she still woke up in the same world? Could it be because she entered it during the day and not at night like the first time? Why would the other mother guard the exit if she could keep Coraline in her world regardless? Makes me think there definitely is a reason, but I just cant figure it out.
There are many more tiny inconsistencies I noticed but these are the main questions I have...😅

The imperfections of the real world would have been changed by other mother, like the moms nose being off centered or the dads tired eyes. She escaped and the cat proves it, he was protective.

The main thing that really sealed the deal that she left that world was because Wybies grandma was in the last scene, and there was no possible way of pulling Wybies grandma from Coralines memory because Coraline had never met her.

What if she's still in the other world but doesn't know it because it looks to normal for her to know that she might be in the other world without knowing she's still there

Do you know the backstory of this? Coraline is actually in a coma and dreaming all this. On the way to the new house, they all died in a crash. She survived but got put in a coma. In the hospital she sees her parents and her at the house, meeting Wybey, the cat, and the doorway. She dreams of finding the door and going thru only to find the same thing but with loving parents with button eyes, she tries to excape her coma (the other world) setting the other kid's souls free. The kids were kids who dyed in the same room she was in at the hospital. One day she wakes up in the hospital finding out it was all her imagination.

I believe Coraline escaped the other world. According to the parents gardening with Caroline at the end of the movie: I had a theory that maybe Coralines parents weren’t able to spend time with her because they had their hands pretty full. They just had a big move from Michigan, went through an “accident”, and they had been working so hard on writing a Garden Catalog. So I think they had a “breakthrough” at work with the Catalog and got somewhat settled in their new home. So the parents finally got to catch a break to spend some quality time with Coraline and garden with the neighbors.

You know there is a deleted scene where the parents does actually cares about coraline just overworking it’s about having pizza for dinner and dad having some bonding time with coraline tucking her to bed .

I don’t like scary movies, but Coraline one of my favorite movies but I always want to feel like I can cry every time I see the part where the doors like trying to open and it’s banging. It kinda makes me scared but I still love Coraline as much.
