Dear Tim, I have been having CFT sessions for a few months now and have been introduced to soothing rhythm breathing to help with my overractive mind. Your voice works wonders for me and I appreciate your compassion combined with a purposeful authority to accept my feelings whatever they are that day. Today was a good one. Thanks for sharing. 👍
