50 Minute Voice Only Yoga Nidra for Emotional Resiliency (No Music)
Relax into this Yoga Nidra guided meditative practice with Kristyn Rose to explore the practice of sensing opposites or Pratipaksha Bhavana to help develop a deep sense of emotional resiliency and equanimity. Using systematic relaxation techniques, rest back into a state of relaxed meditative awareness or wakeful sleep and plant the seed of positive intention or Sankalpa to instill peace, balance and presence into your life.
