50 Minute Voice Only Yoga Nidra for Emotional Resiliency (No Music)

Relax into this Yoga Nidra guided meditative practice with Kristyn Rose to explore the practice of sensing opposites or Pratipaksha Bhavana to help develop a deep sense of emotional resiliency and equanimity. Using systematic relaxation techniques, rest back into a state of relaxed meditative awareness or wakeful sleep and plant the seed of positive intention or Sankalpa to instill peace, balance and presence into your life. Find balance within as you rest back into a state of pure witnessing presence to disidentify from the body and mind and become the eye of any storm - a lesson you can take off of your mat and out and into your life.

And remember that consistency compounds; the more you practice, the more you will start to experience and witness the therapeutic benefits of Yoga Nidra in your daily waking life.

I am working my way out of years of ignoring my emotions and my body. Learning to feel is truly life changing. Your exercises are an important piece of my practice.

I would love a 13 minute Metta meditation with which to start our day. The science demonstrates that 13 minutes of meditation daily is protective against depression. Much better than pills.

Namaste Kristyn, Janeyb Module 4, thank you for the time& effort you put into this one. I can tell from yr beautiful language& imagery in the first 10-15 minutes but then I must have drifted off and woke up 2 hours later, and that was after a nights sleep!! I love having the time to rest deeply in these days of retirement. Yoga Nidra is such a gift in my life, bringing me back to myself after years of striving, stress and exhaustion. Many blessings ❤

I really loved playing with sensing the opposites, especially within and outside the physical boundary of the body. Recalling the syncopated felt like I was speaking directly to the subconscious mind, as if it was open and accessible. Lovely practice. Thank you and greetings from Austin Texas.
