I like pelican dips. Kind of like ring Korean dips. Archer and explosive dips are definitely underrated

I'm only doing front dips currently. I'll try the explosive dips but the others look like an injury waiting to happen.

Anyone else get intense shooting pain in the elbows doing dips? Sometimes I’m good but sometimes it will cause my elbows to throb at the joints for multiple days... either that or sometimes intense sternum pain, dead center of my chest. Nothing else in the gym has consistently caused me pain n problems like this. 27 year old, quite fit male btw.
