When is the best time to take Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

so the next question is Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) best taken on an empty stomach or in the morning um well most of the time i think people are taking this at bedtime so uh and i think what we've realized is that when it is taken in the morning um can you guys hear me okay okay so when it is taken in the morning a lot of times it's rotated to the morning time because of um situations where it's disturbing the sleep too much and then that that could be where the benefit would become in to take it in the morning whether it's taking it on an empty stomach or not I literally haven't seen any difference in that um but most of the time if you're taking it at bedtime you're taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) on an empty stomach anyway with just water
