Join me for this 35 min Standing Abs Cardio Workout, and let's strengthen our abdominal muscles, while also breaking a good sweat! This workout targets the waist and abs using cardio & toning exercises. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning exercises. A caloric deficit will lead to fat loss, including belly fat loss! Do this 35 min ab home workout for a smaller waist & flat belly/flat stomach and see your body transform. You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine!
This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline. Make sure you keep your abs contracted (pulled in) throughout this entire workout, and focus on feeling every exercise in the core!

REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

Im turning 50 2 yrs from now. And my body can no longer withstand hiit with too much jumping. This pop in my notifications and right away i am hooked. Ty BG. You give me new motivation to move my body again. They say 10 to 15min of cardio workout daily can boost metabolism and here it is, i have no excuse anymore. Ty very much!

I had a tiring day, physically and mentally, and chose this workout. I was so drained tht i quit this at 32 mins...but i can feel..it's not an easy workout but very effective as i can feel my heart pumping n abs crying😆. Thanks for so many variations
