I loved this workout... I felt it and I love stabding core moves who wants to get on the floor and strain their neck... So far today I have consumed 48oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 381 calories... My smoothie today is same as yesterday green cabbage banana pineapple a mix of berries & flax oil blended with water... See You All Mañana 🎉
