I've been struggling to find real workouts that are doable with injured knees, but this one was perfect. I could do the whole thing without modifications or any pain. Loved it :)

Coach Kozak, I just want to let you know after i followed your videos, i've been decreased my weight from 89 Kg to 79 Kg! From your video "15 minutes Insanity Cardio Workout". I wanna say thanks to you, and your videos always give me some motivation to lose my weight again, and AGAIN! until i reach my ideal target weight. Thank you so much, Coach!

Coach Kozak and Claudia, I love these workouts with an entire package of a warm up, cardio, abs and cool down. You guys make such sincere efforts towards your fitness goal; bring in a variety of moves, never making it look challenging even if it is. Just wanted to share, I have been doing your workouts for over a year. Absolutely love the variety. I just wanted to let you know that I don’t get stronger. I have lupus, and a herniated L5. I workout when I am able. I definitely have muscle back in my legs and arms. But I don’t get stronger. I am 58, so every time I workout it’s hard for me mentally and physically. I love when Coach Kosak says whether you’re fighting for you life.... I am . I am able to get up without having to hold onto something. And I am fighting to stay strong and independent. Thank you both.

i keep coming back to this one. Such a GREAT full body workout while not stressing the joints. Don't let the Beginner tab fool you, it is challenging if you do Coach K's versions and keep up the pace. This time I added a little resistance band into some of the moves to challenge myself a bit more. With HASFIT you're getting not only a superbly designed workout that people of all fitness levels can do, but you get the added bonus of Coach & Claudia's upbeat motivational coaching. I can't thank you enough for your videos. In only three weeks of doing your 2 "35 minutes Standing Abs & Low impact Cardio Workout for beginners" (i don't know whether you have more of these) I have seen my waistline literally SHRINK .No girdles or shapewear for me, this is the REAL DEAL I'm so glad, I could just jump high in the air, really! Guys, this was GREAT!! Much tougher than I originally thought it would be!! I have been a dancer and exercise fanatic all of my life and was always I hit my 40s. Now that I have met the 50 mark, my body looks nothing like it did when I was younger!!! 😒. My energy level is much lower and I have absolutely no desire to jump around doing aerobics any longer. This workout got me sweating and breathless in no time, and the exercises were unique! I loved it!! Thank you for providing this to your viewers. I request exercises for the upper abdominal/midriff area since my new older body is accumulating fat there.

I've been watching your videos for the past week now and I learn so much each and every time! I have found this to be the most user friendly. I was very hesitant at first to look on youtube and get the same old generic videos you see but am so grateful I went and clicked on yours!
