Remember, rocket and nebula were the only guardians alive for five years. They were all they had. I wish we got more of this friendship

Nebula's character development is the best.

It's ironic that Nebula becomes like her Sister Gamora while Gamora goes back to be like Nebula.

I love how mantis looks at nebula crying and senses how she’s feeling and what she wants to say, but knows she won’t say it, so while mantis is looking at nebula she tells rocket, “rocket we love you very much and we’re happy you’re alive”

"Pay attention or play with the kids. One or the other."
Nebula, Drax was a dad. He knows how to do both at the same time.

For me this is the best part in gotg3. Nebula, the hardest, strongest, meanest one in the group are the one crying for Rocket.

Okay, so not only does seeing Nebula break down make for an emotional scene, but did anyone else listen to Rocket's voice trembling after Mantis tells him how the other Guardians are glad he's okay and they love him ?

Might be the first time he's been told that in his life

Aww. This scene was one of my favorites.
Okay, seeing Nebula cry after hearing Rocket was okay completely makes sense. For multiple different reasons.
One, Rocket and Nebula were the last Guardians after Thanos snapped half the universe away. They spent those years together and became good friends I'm sure. Plus, they together were the only family they had left.
Two, Nebula gave Rocket Bucky's arm as a gift in the Christmas Special. A gesture to kind of show that they're good friends.
Three, Nebula showed a lot of sadness for Rocket being unconscious for half the movie in the trilogy. She must have been the most sad I'm sure. Well, maybe not the most sad but almost the most sad. Nebula even said when they saw Rocket's past, "This is even worse than what my father did to me." Which in a way, is a small quote for how much she cares for Rocket in a way.
Rocket and Nebula share a great bond. They have similar backstories and they showed a great bond throughout the MCU.
Nebula crying for Rocket in this scene completely makes sense. You can't change my mind.

Of all the characters of the MCU, I love Nebula the most. She went from merciless psychotic super villain to sobbing in relief that Rocket is okay and alive..her character development is the heart of the MCU.

I love Nebula. She’s pretty much the Zuko of the MCU. Nebula started out as an angry, impatient wreck of a person haunted by a tragic past and being abused by her father and expressed nothing but hate towards almost everyone around her, and now she’s crying with joy that her best friend is alive and well. Nebula went from she just calling Rocket a fox, to giving him a Christmas present, to crying because she’s relieved he’s okay. The character development of Nebula is just fantastic. She’s one of the best characters in the MCU in my opinion.

Nebula's reaction to rocket being ok made me tear up.😢

It's even more heartfelt when you realize they're the only two Guardians to have survived the snap.

Nebula has a great arc that gets overlooked. She goes from a villain in Guardians, to an antihero in Vol. 2 and Infinity War, to a straight hero in Endgame in Vol. 3, and it all feels natural and fleshed out. She's a well-written and well-rounded character and all her growth feels earned.

I love how Mantis reacts at 0:49. Just a few minutes after she chews Nebula out for only caring about intelligence and competence, she realizes that Nebula has no way to express how happy she is that Rocket's alive for reasons that have nothing to do with intelligence and competence, and so she does it for Nebula knowing she's just been proven wrong.

Definitely one of the best scenes
She was introduced as a crazy muderous chick and now she's crying out of joy for her friend's life.
If that aint character development and a strong bond, then idk what is.

out of all the scenes seeing Nebula break down crying when she hears Rocket's voice hit me in the feels the hardest.

Considering that Nebula has spent more time with Rocket (Almost 10 years!) than any of the other Guardians, excluding Gamora, this makes perfect sense.

“That makes you the idiots then.” while meant in a ironic way has a lot of meaning, because that’s basically Rocket saying “How can anyone love something like me?” after we learned about his past. Family loves you no matter what.

Rocket getting emotional realizing he almost left to be with his friends but stayed to be with his family is the must subtle and sad yet sweet thing ever

nebula in guardian 1: emotionless assassin
nebula in guardian 3: a nice girl who cried because she worried about her family
