I've got a tip for you John add in your flax or chia seed before making your oats, that way they become activated and a "living" food!

I just bought a bag of the oats and was shocked how good they smelled! Not the faintest hint of anything bad, just pure freshness. Honestly I have never seen such high quality oats

Those are the sprouted oats I use as well! Your recipe looks 😋 I load my overnight oats up with all the goodies and have been enjoying for dinner pretty much every night lately. Currently I’m adding… sprouted oats, wild frozen blueberries, almond milk, chia/flax, pumpkin seeds, hempseed butter, pumpkin purée, cacao nibs, inulin, kale, celery, lentil sprouts, cinnamon, ginger powder, stevia, and pea protein. I call it my POWER BOWL 🥣 🫐 🌱 🫘 🌰 😋

In the summer I like to ferment (cooled off) oatmeal with a probiotic. Before serving I mix in mashed banana, dried fruits, spices etc.

Kefir is very common in our grocery stores (made from milk) (eastern europe), about 7 brands, also some imported from neighbouring countries

Dr. Gundry says sprouted grains have much higher levels of damaging lectins. He says use regular organic oats for fermentation.

Because it’s already soaked and sprouted I do 2 hours with distilled water. Blueberries strawberries cinnamon. With walnuts and almonds on the side

Sick recipe. Do you know how the omega 3/6 ratio changes when oats sprout?

Hi John - I love how healthy this is! I make my own version using those same oats, but I’m going to try your recipe. Can you provide a link to where you get your freeze dried wild blueberries? You mentioned you buy them in bulk.

I’m looking for apple peel powder that uses apple skins that haven’t been coated like in grocery store (I react to it)
Thanks Sir John ⭐️
