What I do is soak some oats in water, add some almond and dates. Morning I just put it in a jar and grind it. It becomes a tasty smoothie.. 😋

Everything is alright in your recipe but a combination of curd and milk simultaneously is neither good for health nor advisable, even doctors suggest to take milk and curd seperately with a sufficient time gap, how can suggest others about this blunder
