Some protein powder works well too. Bigger portions if you wanna bulk and great as a pre workout meal!!

2. 125ml Almond milk 25kcal
3. 1tbsp LF Greek yogurt 20kcal
4. 1tsp (4g) Chia seeds 20kcal
5. 1tsp Cocoa powder 25*kcal

Edit: 1 tsp of cocoa powder is not 4 calories

I'm trying Fairlife instead of separate cocoa powder and milk, only because I love the levels / ratio of protein to sugar in it already. :)

150g 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
1 tbsp 0 calorie sweetener ( 1 tsp if using stevia )
1 tbsp natural cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter (15g)
50g rolled oats
75ml water ( 1/4 cup )
approx. 500kCals with around 50g of protein. Recipe improved drastically.

I agree this is not filling. The portion size oats (50g) is good but everything else is low calorie, low fat. Try full fat milk, full fat greek yoghurt, protein powder...
