Sometimes 5 minute seated stretches is all you need to wake up the body and feel better physically. This short seated stretch routine has been created for seniors and beginners who want, or need to do exercises from a chair. Be dressed in comfortable clothing and get ready to engage in a short relaxing stretching routine to improve range of motion and flexibility.

This was a great, short stretching video and felt great. I've been having tightness in my right calf, and this addressed that well. Also, tight neck muscles - I always find it hard to do the "ear-to-shoulder" stretch, especially on my left side. The only stretch I tempered was the side press with arms extended...that's still a little dicey on my right arm. Loved this, though and will definitely do it again. Thanks for producing such a wide variety of videos, Jules.

When your reaching forward is this safe for osteoporosis kyphosis and recently I had two severe wedge fractures still lots of pain in my back
The twisting back also worries me I’m so afraid of re fractures
