The honda pilot has the best awd system out of any vehicle ive driven. Ive driven Grand cherokee’s, ford pickups, rav4 v6’s, mercedes c300’s. All of them slip in the rain while the pilot doesnt slip in the snow.

After only 2 years of 4Runner ownership, I dumped it. The left suspension broke. Not fun to drive, it's like a boat, lacks power, not fuel efficient, boring interior. The only thing i like, the cargo window rolls down for my dog. Replaced it with Mazda CX-90. So far happy still. 😊😊😊

As a tow driver, I will say that I towed a lot of 2024 and also some 2025 Hondas. Beware of any newer vehicle. The Mazda CX-90 is definitely what I would purchase if I was in the market for a new vehicle

It’s all of them. Hatchbacks and sedans are lighter and as practical as crossovers and midsized SUV’s, minivans are more modular and practical than third row SUV’s, and if you need to haul the entirety of your possessions on a weekly basis, buy a ford transit. SUVs are only around because of CAFE standards being less harsh on light trucks, so they’re all worse for the environment.

Yeah that new Pilot with a timing belt and vcm is iffy. Dodge Durango owner here based on the JGC somewhat. No issues . Watch Car Care Nut videos that new Mazda V6 is partially buried behind the dashboard that will make it a nightmare to work on after the warranty has run out. With me it's not just about looks . I keep my cars long so ease of maintenance and cost is really important.

I have family members with full sized jeeps and Durango's who have never had any issues and I keep wondering why because they're about the worst... but the one's I'm referring to are God fearing people so I keep thinking that's gotta have something to do with it.

I had a 4runner. It uses too much gas. Surprisingly it's no better for cargo space than any other car. I didn't like how I had to pull the bottom half of the back seats up to put the front portion down. I lost space behind the front seats. The stereo system sounded cheap and it didn't have any helpful features other than the wheel drive. I thought I would grow to like it but it never happened.
