Feeling sore does not mean you had a good workout. When you are sore is because your body is not used to workout, after 2 weeks or so, you will never feel sore again, and every person reading this that knows or workout frequently will agree with me.

ive been exercise for years and everything is totaly a fact, number one key in achieving this is to trust yourself and achieve discipline. im not buff but i fell light and confidence and better than before. you really make my day, tnx for making this video a great motivation to start my day.

100 push ups, 100 squats, 100 sit ups and a 10 kilometer run everyday and u be able to beat every villian with one punch!!!

Definitely have felt more confident lately. I would work out every other day but now the only days I don’t workout are Mondays and Saturdays.

the Thing with confidence is sooo tru
after working Out for just a few days I feel more confident cuz I Knie my Body is gonna change in a good way and that the pain is worth it
