I'm freshly out of a two year relationship with someone I love very much who has Borderline Personality Disorder, and I'm devastated far beyond what a "normal" breakup entails, on top of being very sensitive by nature. I'm struggling with suicidal thoughts 24/7. It's hard for me because he isolated me from everyone I knew and I have no friends at all anymore, and no family. I was damaged even before I met him from an abusive marriage and many tragedies. I feel old, unloved, hopeless and lonely beyond what words can express, and have to struggle with my ex hating me for things I never did that are completely contrary to my character and beliefs. I have no closure or support at all. I'm living in a nightmare and your videos are the only thing giving me comfort and keeping me alive. You are an angel and I thank you so much. Hearing someone tell me I'm okay, will be okay, am not alone, means so much. 💗

What I listen to at 3am when I can't turn my mind off and the endless chatter and heartache gets too much, my go to, every single time. It's always my favourite and I still call it my Nanny McPhee bedtime story. Sometimes we just need to be told that we will be ok, even though we feel like we will never be ok ever again. Thank you Lauren, my most heartfelt thank you for this one!! Today is the first time it's made me cry but it was obviously a release I needed tonight. I just got a really awful haircut, the hairstylist did pretty much the opposite of what I asked for, and I’ve been crying pretty much since I got home, and now it’s 1 a.m., and I can’t sleep because I’m still upset.
