Japan finds itself at a crossroads. After decades of post-World War II reforms and peace in the Pacific, the former military empire now turned pacifist, is staring once more down the barrel of a gun. In a move that has angered many of Japan's 'neo-pacifists', its military is rearming and its constitution is being reinterpreted as it eyes ever more potent offensive weapons.
Because Japan is preparing for World War III to break out in its backyard. Check out today's epic new video to find out how Japan is taking serious measures to plan for a new world war.

It's amazing to see countries like Japan and Germany gearing up for a completely different war for completely different reasons. Just a lifetime ago

China has begun to claim not only Taiwan but also Okinawa. In order to firmly defend freedom and democracy from this imperialism, we have no choice but to support Japan's military expansion.

It's so amazing how after everything that has happened, Japan and USA are so united now.

It's good to see that Japan is taking their modernization effort seriously to where they'll be a strong fighting force which can fight side by side WITH the USA instead of relying on it or simply providing support like some European countries ...

I get this weird feeling Japan would be fielding it’s top secret Gundam fleet if conflict ever broke out.

I am Japanese.
The evaluation of Japan's military strength from an overseas perspective was very interesting.
There is recognition that war is something to avoid. However, I think it is necessary to have the power to protect the territory of one's own country.
It also leads to the protection of Self-Defense Forces personnel.
While continuing close cooperation with the USA, I believe that it is necessary to build up military strength that does not rely entirely on the USA.
Military power for defense is the greatest welfare in peace.thank you.

I used to love this channels videos but never subscribed. Now that it's posting all of these modern topics, it has gone from one i loved, to one if my favorites. I wasn't following the current war at all because i didnt have time or trust for any news sources (aka ANY news channel or talk show), and now I am caught up on the most recent of events. Thank you for the great source of content!

I get the the whole pacifism thing but that won’t work as it’ll only stall the inevitable. Hawaii tried being a pacifist country and got ran through. So I’m glad to see Japan upgrading and stockpiling newer technology.

And what you failed to mention, is that Japan is now going to grant military fund to other nation, the first of it's kind and Japan eyes the Philippines as first recipient of security grant.

My grandma was a teenager during ww2 and she wanted to be a nurse in the military. My grandpa, her husband, was older than her at the time and didn’t serve, I believe due to a heart condition. Thankfully, the war came to an end before she could join. It’s crazy to know that just in their lifetimes, we went from just smaller bomber aircraft and basically planes with machine guns strapped on them to aircraft that is basically invisible and a sky fortress with all this super crazy technology on them. Pawpaw died two weeks before I was born, at the age of 90 and Granny died in 2020 at 92 but they lived through ww2, Korea, Vietnam, the cold war, the first gulf war, and the war on terrorism.

It's interesting to see the Chinese doing the same thing the Japanese empire did to them in the last century despite blaming them for it.

I feel like every scenario of WW3 with Russia and everything has been played out by the infographics at this point. Not complaining though, great videos to sleep with lol

There is a silver lining for US military and our allies in the fact that the European conflict with Russia would need a very limited use of the naval assets while the Army and other ground forces would play a critical role..
On the other hand any conflict in the Pacific would need a massive role of allied navies while the ground forces aren't needed in any significant numbers.. As far as Air Force is concerned, they're needed in both theaters equally, with Pacific needing a longer range aircraft to cover giant distances..
