The crazy part is when the Korea's do unify the north will have millions of sick, malnurished and traumatized suvivors that the south will have to deal with, it's sad, sickening and disgusting that people have to live like they do in north Korea. But I believe that South Korea with the help of friends and allies will persist and rehabilitate the victims of such abuse.

North Korean people would find it difficult to learn the truth across the borders. Advanced technologies etc. Would be like getting introduced to a distant world

Here, the thought from me, 5k self-propelled artillery pieces, can you imagine the amount of maintenance it would require to make sure every one of those barrels works? Or more likely the unbelievable number of shells those 5k artillery would need if use all of them at once require to keep shooting? Probably beyond the 500 thousand to 1.5 mln shells, and god knows how many would even work or not, so yeah, the nk army is always all smoking, but nothing is roasting.
This is the same scenario we are seeing on Ukraine that ammo pieces for artillery will run out faster by either both sides or one of the two sides get one of their deposit target and exploded removing straight away like 100 to 500 shells of any ammo types, same goes for nk if SK can learn or have any Info of nk ammo depots for when the war will break out they'll be target first in order to gain time and save many lives alongside reducing nk fire power drastically by 200% or any static number you would use for this.

US and SK could target massive artillery bunches with a massive MOAB attack and destriy a lot of artillery and cause NK so much chaos they would struggle to maintain

I think that after the first round of the Korean war, the allies learned that they couldn't rely on roads and were better at driving back the attacks when holding high ground on the ridges.

I worked and was stationed in a self propelled artillery division.
We can always see Nk through satellite and we also spy on them, from the pictures i get from the computer and all, NK artillery has way too short firing distance and cant move so they use a strategy of shooting and moving backward back into a cave like system they dug up.(cause their artillery cant trevel much distance)

I wouldnt say their artillery power is useful. Cos once a war start we are ordered to shoot at the targets we are provided, which we shoot down all the artillery and self artillery base, every 30mins we redirect the target.

The bunkers in Seoul are today only some shoping malls and similar bulky buildings with sign on it that says that this is supposed to be the place to gather. Those buildings are by no means safe or can be called "bunker".
