✍️ Summary:
Number 1: Hair Loss and Alopecia
if you're shedding more hair than usual, it might be time to check your vitamin D status!
Number 2: Fatigue
when you don't get enough vitamin D, your body can't make enough ATP, leading to fatigue, poor sleep, and even nutritional deficiencies. Don't let a vitamin D deficiency slow you down! Talk to your doctor today and get your vitamin D levels checked.
Number 3: Low Immunity
Sick and tired of being sick and tired? Your immune system might be begging for some vitamin D!
Vitamin D is crucial for activating immune cells like T and B cells, which help your body fight off infections and disease. In fact, research has shown that a vitamin D deficiency is associated with an increased risk of respiratory illnesses like the flu.
Number 4: High Blood Pressure
Did you know that vitamin D deficiency is also linked to hypertension? Yes, that is right—high blood pressure is a common symptom of vitamin D deficiency!
Number 5: Eczema and Dullness
Vitamin D has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce eczema-related skin inflammation in addition to helping to regulate the immune system. That is why people with eczema are prescribed vitamin D supplements so that they can combat all the unpleasant symptoms of this condition.
Number 6: Bone and Muscular Pain
If you're experiencing recurrent pain in your bones and muscles, especially in your lower back, it could be a sign of a vitamin D deficiency.
Number 7: Gum Disease and Tooth Decay
Studies have shown that low levels of vitamin D increase the risk of gum infections, which can weaken your gums and cause dental problems.
Number 8: Depression and Mood Swings
Feeling down in the dumps lately? Your vitamin D levels might be to blame! That's right, a deficiency in this vital nutrient can lead to depression and mood swings.
Number 9: Brain Fog
Did you know that vitamin D is not just important for your physical fitness but also for your mental fitness?
This means you might experience symptoms like brain fog, confusion, and difficulty concentrating.
Number 10: Insomnia
Vitamin D helps regulate your biological clock and sleep patterns by aiding the production of the sleep hormone melatonin. Without enough of this vital vitamin, you may find yourself tossing and turning, feeling sleepy during the day, and struggling to stay focused.

The Importance Of Vitamin D
Vitamin D is one of many vitamins that your body requires to function properly. It is essential for bone health and the proper distribution of calcium throughout the body.
To be more specific, vitamin D is required for the body to utilize calcium and phosphorus for bone and tissue health.
Hypocalcemia (low blood calcium levels) results from a decrease in intestinal calcium and phosphorus absorption in people with chronic and/or severe vitamin D deficiency. As a result, the parathyroid glands become overactive, resulting in secondary hyperparathyroidism.
Muscle weakness, cramping, fatigue, and depression are all symptoms that can arise from either hypocalcemia or hyperparathyroidism, depending on how severe the condition is.

My physician diagnosed me with vitamin D deficiency. I have been taking 10, 000 mcg IU per table for nearly 5 years. When covid hit the USA I distanced myself from others & wasn't getting enough sunlight.Having vitamin D deficiency was frightening.

Telling people the best way to get Vitamin D is through exposure to the Sun, but then telling them it is important to wear Sunscreen, is very poor advice. Firstly, the Sun needs to be high enough in the sky for the UVB to reach the skin (aim for 45 degrees or higher), so it is very much latitude and time of year dependent, and secondly, Sunscreen blocks UVB. Basically, don’t slap on the Sunscreen immediately or you won’t produce any vitamin D. A rule of thumb would be half as long as it would take to burn in whatever Sun you are under, before applying Sunscreen, so that will vary considerably depending on where you are and what time if the day/year it is.

I've become more acceptable to dizziness and take D3/K2 and a Magnesium tablet each day. It has begun to relieve the dizziness and reduced the affects of dizziness.

Very informative video. Thank you. I am in my late 60's. Of late, I experienced the environment spinning around me for brief seconds. I suspected it might be vertigo and quickly consulted a medical doctor. Was told it might be caused by calcium crystals in my inner ear. As my dizziness is very brief and mild, he suggested I take the supplement calcium with VitD3 & K2. I already take daily dosses for a week and I felt much better now. Is it that my body lacks Vit D too?
