Juice several times daily! In a juicer blend as many different veggies as possible - broccoli, carrots, celery, bell peppers, garlic, turmeric. Drink at least two 8 oz glasses/day.

Blend as many different fruits as possible - apples, blueberries, strawberries, lemon, lime, oranges. Drink at least two 8 oz glasses/day.
