today when i was going home from med school(in my country med school is highschool so the grades go from 9-13, not 12 but 13) and i was at the bus station waiting, when a man suddenly came and started mumbling something, the left side of his face was drooping before he crashed onto his stomach on the metal bench. everyone there rose up and asked if he was okay, he just kept laying there, unmoving while somebody called the ambulance, i stood there and processed what happened and got a quick flashback of all the symptoms he showed. some teenagers in the back were laughing while i stayed silent, everybody of course thought he was just drunk and assured my 14 year old brain that hes gonna be fine, after 13 minutes of just standing there silently, not sure if i should tell everybody whats most likely going on since im just a kid and people would probably think im overdramatizing, no ambulance arrived. the lady that called 911 most likely just said he fainted, i got on my bus and never saw the ambulance arrive, Im still disappointed that i never said anything.

Losing control over any small part is possible sign of stroke or mini stroke. I sudden lost hand grip( no symptoms u mentioned). But went to physician he is not able detect because it reveresed by the time i reached doctor. Then myself thought and went to hospital to get the mri done..found It was mini stroke.. Now i am ok. Sometimes it attacks and reverse but many many expert doctor miss this.. Need to redefine stroke symptoms
