10K a day is my minimum of exercise, I love it. It's a great goal to set.

Fantastic video! I most certainly took note. I rise around 5:30-5:50 am. I’m out the door by 6:55 am, and I don’t return until nearing 6:00 pm, so the tips were helpful. I’m dying laughing about the saying hello 👋🏾 and then the distance that followed.
