Great to see realistic results! I am still on my journey, had some bumps on the road 22lbs down in 6 months but my strength and cardio have improved a lot. I am trying to focus on slow and sustainable this time

i was 88kg a few years ago at like 14 and i managed to go to 70kg at 6feet tall then i gained alot of muscle. Now i am 17 and 102kg and it is such a bad feeling how i went from 90kg to 102kg in a month of summer, grind is back on tho

The struggle is real. Great job losing weight! I was in the obese category, and now I'm in the overweight category. At least I'm not one of those American obese statistics anymore 🎉
It's so easy to gain weight in comparison to losing weight especially when the culture revolves around sugar and highly processed foods!
