GUIDED MEDITATION FOR ANXIETY DURING PREGNANCY

There are so many reasons to be anxious or worried during even the healthiest pregnancy. I know. When I was pregnant with my second baby, I was constantly worried for her health. I worried that, with my attention divided, I wouldn't be able to be a good mom to two small children. I also worried that I wouldn't get the birth I so desperately wanted.

If that sounds like you, try adding this 10-minute guided meditation for pregnancy anxiety into your mindfulness routine.

For me, spending time to focus on how amazing pregnancy can be, reminding myself that I do have control over my inner emotions and voice, and re-focusing on my breath made all the difference.
