@PissySkyKat Yes I was thinking your exact thoughts. If anyone has health issues and diet change is important to improve their health. Regardless of the diet change is necessary. Although I hate that I have PCOS and their are foods that I've had to give up. Because of Keto I feel much better. More energy, better sleep, no more brain fog, less acne much less back pain. The possibility of getting diabetes or ovarian cancer is greatly reduced. Sure meal planning is involved. But its worth it. Its all about your perspective. Have a glass half full attitude. Sure I cant have potatoes but I can have cauliflower mash. I cant bread but finally found a almond flour bread recipe that I really like. I cant eat everything on the restaurants menu but there are some options for me. Dont give up. 💪

I find it so easy to stay on the keto diet. I mean it's hard when you want the stuff we cant have but if you have at least done it for 6 weeks.. while you might go out of ketosis if you mess up.. once you go right back on it its easier to get back into ketosis. Great video though!

It's 20g-30g of NET carbohydrates, not total. Fiber, avocados, and non-starchy vegetables are encouraged. Hope that helps!

I eat Keto diet cyclically. I eat Keto the first couple of weeks of my cycle then add more carbs (veg based carbs) in the second half of my cycle. I don’t eat dairy or nuts and stick to clean animal based protein with natural fat such as eggs and steak.

2, 3 months its not enough time to determine if it works or not, you have to do it at least 6 months, and see what types of veg, fat work for you, theres not a stadard way of keto. If you are doing the dirty keto then yes, youd be eating dairy. If you do a clean type of keto you dont eat dairy or processed meats. Also, since you are not hungry all the time, you can do intermittent fasting. Fasting also helps you stay in ketosis, so if you happen to eat a cupcake as you said, if you do fasting and keto the next day youd be entering ketosis quite fast. Its going to be hard if you are thinking about eating for pleasure, if you think about health on the long term, when youll be able to cut down foods you like, its a matter of priorities.

You dont need to eat dairy products if you dont want to really. You can even be keto and vegetarian or vegan. I dont find your video informative at all, unfortunately. It may even be miss leading for those who have never heard of keto before.
