Driving with my dad on a Saturday morning in the 70's and just enjoying the ride. Miss you Dad.

When I was driving a Kenworth tractor through Montana heading out West to Nevada I played this quite a few times. It was peaceful moment. I finally let my iron horse free a couple weeks later when I returned to my home in Florida after a full year away from my passion which is the ocean.

great memories but I'm so happy to be home.

When I was married, in the church, a horse with no name was one of the song that we had chosen. The reason was easy understanding. I never knew my father and my grandfather gave his name.

So blessed that as a kid, my mom played this music. America was one of my favorite. Takes me back to a good time in life.

I liked America's music when it was first released but I was a kid and more into Led Zeppelin and other guitar bands. The older I get the more I really appreciate how great their songs were.

Amazing song. I am from europe but when I hear that sound, I see myself taking Route 66 the desert roads of Arizona and living the American dream ❤

I remember when this song came out. I was wondering about it. It was so different. Who knew it would turn out to be an icon of the time in music. Its sad nothing has come out for years that come close.

This is another one of those lost classic songs I can never get tired of because it allows me to escape, think, and dream about who and where I am after a long, hard, physical journey. It forces me to look deep within

As someone who was born in the early 90s, I'm beyond thankful for the music that came before me. Maybe there will be another musical renaissance this century when humanity can be blessed with another wave of music as epic as the 20th century's.
