He is absolutely right. Lower the eggs in water that is already boiling. Many know that the fresher the egg, the harder it will be to peel. I have boiled them using nothing in the water at all, eggs laid just that morning, and after cooling were really easy to peel.

I didn"t see you peel that hard boiled egg. I've been here for 7 years (England) and have yet to peel any Hard Boiled Egg cleanly!! Would you like to do a full demonstration peeling at least 6 eggs and making a nice deviled egg out of it??? I'm American and I have made dozens and dozens of deviled eggs over the years! Too embarrased to make any for a party here. Secrets anyone??
