I've been taking Ashwagandha for about 2/3 weeks now. It's helped me so much and I can say that my depression has been almost nonexistent!!!

This video should say benefits instead of side effects. I was hoping to gain knowledge on side effects (negative things that can happen from taking something) not it’s benefits which is why I clicked to watch. Wrong title.

Completely blocked opioid receptors for 5 weeks now. Oxycodone is the only thing that helps the chronic bilateral sciatica. This is so miserable. Never take ashwaganda if you’re in pain management.

It's good to break the pill up for the powder because of the chemicals on the pills and also to cycle off for two weeks at a time..

Girl this video came at the best time let me tell you this had to be my sign to take it lol I’ve been looking into it for a week now & I’m ready to start taking it but I’m waiting for my doc to respond because I’m breastfeeding so hopefully I get to indulge 🙏🏾

I suffer from stress as well and prefer the natural coarse too! However, along with stress comes anxiety! I myself tried macca root, but it had an effect similar to caffeine which made my Anxiety soar! I had to pass that natural remedy by! It helps to read and know why things are the way they are? Thanks for your video.. Stay on the Natural coarse as much as you can!!

Maca gave me the worst heart burn for 1 month it also gave me a peptic ulcer . Please be careful with Maca maybe if I tried gelatinized Maca .

Hey friends if you come across this comment then these were side effects I experienced and had to stop taking it. I took it for 3 days straight, I did feel like it elevated my mood just a tiny bit, it elevated my libido, and it made me very sleepy. However the side effects were way too much, I experienced very bad headaches, diarrhea for 3 days, nausea, and it made me sleepy throughout the entire day. I will be cutting back on it to only once a week.

I just started taking ashwagandha along with melatonin, both have really helped mentally. (I'm an anxiety ridden insomniac with adhd.)

Its been a couple of weeks, and I've noticed my thoughts aren't as sporadic. I can hold my plans together mentally long enough to get stuff done. I feel generally less calm, I don't have stress and anxiety bubbling away in my brain like background noise. My thought are literally quieter.

I have more motivation to declutter, I don't feel obligated to clean or overwork myself to feel productive. I'm generally more content.

My sleep (can't speak for which supplement is helping most) is still sporadic but improving. I'm getting vivid, detailed long dreams again which is nice. I can also remember all of those dreams after I wake up, which is better. I still wake up 4-8 times and get up stupid early, but it's not as bad as before.

It’s insane nobody is talking about it’s downside, you feel good when taking it but after withdrawal you feel emotionally blunted .simple things as music, movies,talking doesn’t give u pleasure as they used to be, you feel robotic and unhuman . Now if you go to gym you will lift much heavier but you don’t get that dopamine and endorphins also long walks or joggs won’t calm you down because now you’re adopted to stress.

it takes a lot to get out of that zone and feel human again.
