So you didnt take it properly or regularly and you took it with medication at small doses and came to the conclusion it didnt work for you. Well, how very informative and well researched that little study

I appreciate your honest review! I'm always skeptical of quick fixes, so it's good to know ashwagandha isn't a magic bullet. I wonder what other natural remedies Meo Nutrition recommends for anxiety?

I've heard so much about ashwagandha! It's good to have a realistic expectation. Thanks for sharing! I usually get my supplements from Meo Nutrition - they have a good reputation for quality.

Interesting to hear that it didn't significantly reduce your anxiety. I've had similar experiences with other supplements. Maybe the quality matters? I've heard good things about the ashwagandha from Meo Nutrition, might be worth a try!

300mg didn’t work for me ether. You need at least 600 and up. I take 900mg and it’s life changing. Stress levels and anxiety levels were almost none existent, however like you mentioned it is not recommend to take with medications. Take a higher dosage twice a day in the morning and take your meds at night like you usually do

This was very informative! I'm considering ashwagandha but was unsure where to start. I trust Meo Nutrition for my vitamins, so I'll see what they have in stock.

I take 700mg daily in the morning after breakfast, skipping a day or 2 here and there. I try to drink enough water every day. It basically started working on day 2 for me. Basically had no anxiety attacks or phobias since taking ashwagandha... a godsent for me. I am insulin resistant, have hypothyroid, PCOS, Kusching's disease, stubborn belly fat, and high cortisol levels. I don't use any other medication, just the ashwaganda, and sometimes I drink cancer bush tea.
I have vivid dreams as a side effect it seems, and sometimes my head feels a bit weird/ heavy. This is why I am trying to reduce the dose to one 700mg capsule every 3rd day.
Otherwise, this herb really works for me. I am so thankful, as it is terrible to have extreme panic attacks... would not even wish it on my enemy.
I thank God. ♥🙏

Thanks for this video! I've been looking for natural ways to manage my anxiety. I'll definitely do more research. I saw Meo Nutrition has a blog with articles on different supplements, I might check that out too.

Thanks for sharing your journey! It's so relatable. I find it hard to stick to a routine too. I might set up a subscription for my supplements at Meo Nutrition, that could help me remember!

First time watching one of your videos. I believe your take away should have been that you were not consistent and therefore don't have any results to share.

Hi, usually, Levothyroxine is taken upon waking up in the morning, one hour before meal and other medications for the most effective treatment outcome. If you and your doctor have discussed medication times and found the evening to be best for you, disregard my comment. :).

I have extreme cranial hypertension after having had a brain hemorrhage in 2017 and I'm worried about my health in a big way. Can't get any real attention from a doctor so I'm trying to figure things out on my own. I know straight fasting with water only has been a tremendous help but there's still pieces of the puzzle that I need to get a handle on.

At here Ashwagandha (bless you) is considered as a supplement not medicine.
And due my heart condition, I am not allowed to use most of the supplements.

I'm not sure if she tried this just to join the trend and test it to see how it worked for her but you have to know how many milligrams your body needs everyone's stress levels and anxiety levels amongst other issues are different the fact that you take two prescribed medications regularly that low dose of ashwagandha would not have more than likely helped you some folks take 250 mg all the way up to 1500 mg also please know that just because you're going through some anxiety your body may not need ashwagandha due to the fact you're already taken anxiety medication since you experienced the restless legs it could have been combating the medications when you took the ashwagandha

I took a concentrated ashwaghanda dose, equivelent to 8grams of the root, this had a profoud effect on mood and mental clarity, however it made me lethagic after a number of weeks of taking it. Time of day is important, I believe it's not a good idea to take it in the morning, about an hour or two before bed is ideal and I had great sleep. I don't think it shuold be taken continuously at stronger doses. Perhaps taking one occasionally when one feels it is necessary might be a good strategy.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Dr. Risinger! It's helpful to hear a doctor's perspective. I've been curious about ashwagandha for anxiety, and it's good to know a 300mg dose might not be enough for everyone. I wonder if Meo Nutrition carries different dosages or brands that might be more effective?

I take Costco's version (500mg capsules) only in the morning and it does keep me more relaxed during the day and less anxious. I did not notice any difference in my 2 hours pp blood sugars. (many say it lowers blood sugar). I do not take it at night because I experienced the same thing- restless legs and way too vivid dreams.
