As a Nashville native we don’t mind CA people as long as they act like southerners. Be kind, get to know your neighbors and respect the Biblical/conservative culture. I have a bunch of friends from CA and you’d never know they weren’t southern if they didn’t tell you. We don’t give a crap about how it is in CA or how you guys do stuff. Nashville has its own culture and we don’t like that it’s changing.

The first 4 reasons are what they are, there isn't much you can do about them. But if you're moving from the west coast to TN, and you had no idea that TN isn't full of liberals, you're entirely disconnected. Do everyone a favor and look elsewhere.
