I left New York and move down south after working as a nurse through covid and forced to resign for refusing the injection. I would never go back NEVER. I wish I left sooner all those years of breaking my back to make ends meet, being brainwashed and zero freedom. I found my love of life, freedom and my peace in the south ❤🙏🏼

It is not a "don't say gay" bill in FL. You just can not discuss your intimate life with your students. Further, I don't understand why you would. When I was a kid in school I knew very little about the private lives of my teachers. They might mention in an offhand sort of way what they did over the summer break or what they did with their family over the Christmas vacation but that was about it.

As an ex-Californian who recently moved to the South, let me tell you I don't miss "...the lifestyle, the culture..." Especially when that life was riddled with high crime, homeless camps, garbage infested streets, human feces and needles in public spaces, sky rocketing utilties, and living costs. So many Californians lack any self-awareness about why the state has literally gone to sh*t and try to bring these ideas with them to their new home. Not me. I tell everyone I'm a refugee just looking to raise my family in a better environment and I'm NOT looking to change their state unless it's to make it more RED.

Good. Now, if we can get everyone who promised to leave the nation when a Republican got elected to actually leave, we'd be better off.

They should all leave Arizona as well.

I'm in Florida and I say don't let the door hit you on the way out. My adult son who is an engineer is having trouble buying a house because of all the Californians coming in. These inflated house prices are ridiculous

As a military spouse, I lived all over the country. I would have to say Southerners are hateful trash! I don't know where the southern hospitality myth came from! The people were awful in Virginia, Tennessee, and Mississippi. My kids' childhood was ruined living in places like these, and it will probably take years of therapy for them to be okay again. I was born and raised in southern California and had a happy childhood. The people in California are free spirited and welcoming. You can't beat the quality of life California even if other places are affordable.

Fact: A lot of these people fled California because of the extreme lockdowns and the BLM/ANTIFA riots. Now that lockdowns are over and Democrats aren't rioting, people forget the reasons they left. I left Oregon. I miss it every day! Part of me regrets leaving and wants to move back. The romantic part. The rational part is not foolish enough to move back there just so all that insanity can happen again. I experienced so many riots there, even in the small rural towns. There would have to be major changes for me to consider it, and a LOT of arrests and trials of the BLM/ANTIFA terrorists.

As a native Floridan, all I can say is "Well bless y'all's hearts, y'all have a safe trip home!"

I left SoCal years ago and moved to live with my now wife in North Alabama. Went from a military town to a very conservative town, so it's been a welcoming transplant. Our two children are surrounded by people with common sense and my daughter's elementary school has an on duty officer who guards the only entrance during school hours.

If you miss the place you left so badly that you want the new location to become that place...stay where you are and you won't miss it!

I escaped Commie-fornia, and my ONLY REGRET is not leaving sooner... For a conservative-minded person like myself, it was IMPOSSIBLE to live in the SF bay area. NEVER going back.

I was stationed in California when I got out of the military and I stayed for a few years. I moved out in 2021, and I'm 97% satisfied with my decision. The 3% is reserved for, I should have done it before my rent went over $2500. I am staying in Florida, purchased property earlier this year to build my dream home and live my conservative life.

Most people who've suffered abuse go back to their abusers numerous times. This doesn't mean that abusers are great, or that putting up with abuse is worth it.

As a Native Texan I can speak for all Texans. Not a single one of us will miss you. Also we are filled with such southern hospitality we will be happy to help you pack. Bye Felicia 🙌

I am happy they are moving back. I am in Florida and we are more than filled up here with those people.

I know someone who identifies strongly as a new age, progressive person who lives and has a business in CA. They moved to Austin Texas and within a week moved back after having a massive culture shock, so it speaks to how much of a liberal CA bubble they live in for Austin to shock them. Those are the people who move back because having one conservative neighbor is enough to make them extremely uncomfortable.
