I feel so much better since I gave up sugar- chai tea lattes from Starbucks were my vice. It’s been a game changer for me Since I started following your IF program and drinking keto coffee-! Bye bye sugar!

10 days, I've been off sugar and carbs for the last 5 weeks. No processed foods or vegetable oils or starchy foods and just water coffee or tea. My health issues are almost completely resolved.

Hey, I was curious about fruit sugar. I eat a LOT of fruit, is it harmful for my health or could I just continue eating like this? I do add a good amount of fats like nuts and avocado to my diet as well as protein like beans, lentils, etc..

I tried to kick sugar in the beginning of the year and I felt great! My brain fog went away and it was easy to wake up in the morning. I was annoyed though because I like to drink sweetened tea at night and it didn’t taste the same with Stevia.
