who doesn't love jennifer lopez? I mean after seeing her at that halftime Superbowl show I was suddenly reminded that Jenny from the block has and never lost being queen of the block! I was interested in trying her diet when I did some research on how jennifer lopez still looks so young, tight and toned after all of these years. Sure she probably has chefs to cater her food choices but that doesn't mean we cant take a thing or two from her healthy lifestyle & fitness journey. I was super inspired to try out her diet for a week and I`m pleasantly surprised with my results and overall how i feel. She follows a very whole foods diet approach, minimal carbs, low sugar, no processed foods and lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Hope you like this video, If you do please give it a thumbs up :)

Jo Lo does drink decaffeinated coffee. It has very little caffeine, but at least its's some caffeine. I can't go too long without caffeine. I'll get headaches. I am thinking about switching to decaffeinated coffee once in a while. I gotta have my caffeine lol. I cut down from two cups to one cup a day. To be honest I still drink two once in a while if i have a long day.

This was such a good video. I am super impressed that you were able to do it. I would struggle with no caffeine and no carbs. But I'm inspired to give it a go. Can't wait for the next video 💖

The no caffeine would so get to me! Did you have bad headaches? I know that’s what happens to me :/
