I've been keto for 6 months, lost alot of weight and feel amazing eating low carb... That being said if eating carbs makes you feel healthy and happy... Eat the damn carbs!

I did keto (and even carnivore) for about a year and didn't lose any weight! I actually gained weight. I feel a lot better and happier eating carbs. Great video as always!

A week of whole food plant based including lots of fruit, veg & whole grains compared to a week of highly processed
, refined grain foods. You could talk about how you felt energy wise, digestion, mentally, how each way of eating affected your sleep etc

Can you do a video describing how you transitioned from playing sports and training like that to how you train now/at a gym? how you learned to be comfortable and enjoy workouts that aren’t revolved around your favorite sport?? Ive played volleyball for 10+ years and I’m struggling to find ways to enjoy working out now bc I loved what I was doing then.

Do dairy free for a week! It was so hard for me but I found it was what was making me feel so bloated and yucky all day!

I did strict keto for 2 months last year. That first week- teh first 3 days was hell haha. I LOVE pasta and pizza and I make it all on own mostly. I kept whyyyy. Couldn't workout for a few days.

And by ened of teh week, it changed. I was more energetic, my head was clearer and gosh my skin. MY SKIN GLOWED. Workouts got better.

I even had minor surgery, and had a little bit of rice later and yet I was still i ketosis the next day.

I do dirty keto/ lazy keto now- I got very sore when I was too low on carbs and hit my workouts hard. So I carb load when I need to. Works well for me. Keto was the only diet where it never felt like a diet.

Two ideas:
1. The potato diet! Only eating potatoes for a week.
2. The “old school” bodybuilders diet of drinking a gallon of milk+ everyday to gain muscle. Crazy that people used to do that!
