Bicep Tendonitis: 5 Minute Pain Free Arm Workout
Do you have cranky elbows? Years of lifting, hard work or both leave your guns a little beat up? Me too.

I have bicep tendonitis to the point that I cannot do most standard arm work outs. It flares up bad enough doing dead's and weighted carries to the point where I just don't do bicep work most of the time. If I do I can't do the lifts I do care about.

Truth is I still want big arms, I just want big dead's more.

I finally found an exercise where I can do arm work, without pain and without interfering with my normal workouts. I thought I should share.

I have been planning on this video for a while and kept having to adjust little things. This part of our backyard workouts play list that I started earlier in 2020. It really helps as my tendonitis prevents much direct bicep training at all.

One of my biggest frustrations is my elbow pain, training my arms directly is painful and screws up my other lifts. I will try this!

SO the idea is this is an everyday arm work out with out it interfering with the rest of your program?. So could I add this to my arm training as a finisher r something?

Can you only do this for 5 minutes for a specific reason or can you do it for longer, possibly 5 minute sets or something like that?
